Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Alethos website, including its content, forms, resources, scheduling features, and related online services.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. About Alethos
Alethos provides coaching, education, hypnosis within the context of coaching and personal development, guided experiential practices, and related resources.
Contact support@alethosproject.com for questions.
2. Coaching and Educational Scope
Alethos services are intended to support personal development, self-understanding, values clarification, leadership development, intentional behavior change, and greater alignment between a client’s values and actions. Alethos does not provide medical care, psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, addiction treatment, or emergency mental-health services through this website. Nothing on the website should be interpreted as establishing a physician-patient, psychologist-patient, psychotherapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship. Individuals seeking diagnosis or treatment of a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or behavioral-health condition should consult an appropriately licensed professional.
3. No Emergency or Crisis Services
The website, its contact forms, email accounts, scheduling tools, and Alethos coaching services are not monitored or designed for emergencies.
Anyone experiencing an immediate threat to personal safety or the safety of another person should contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis-response provider.
4. No Professional Relationship Through Website Use
Viewing this website, submitting an inquiry, downloading material, subscribing to communications, or participating in an introductory conversation does not by itself create a coaching relationship. A formal coaching relationship begins only when both parties have completed the required enrollment process and accepted any applicable service agreement, informed-consent documents, and payment terms. Alethos may decline an engagement when the requested services appear to fall outside its scope, when another form of support may be more appropriate, or when a suitable working relationship cannot be established.
5. Client Agreements
Specific services may require a separate written agreement.
That agreement may address:
-
Program scope and duration;
-
Fees and payment plans;
-
Scheduling and attendance;
-
Confidentiality and its limits;
-
Coaching boundaries;
-
Hypnosis and guided experiential practices;
-
Assessments or coaching inventories;
-
Recordings and transcripts;
-
Intellectual property;
-
Data use;
-
Termination; and
-
Other service-specific responsibilities.
If these website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control with respect to that service.
6. Personal Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, relationships, finances, career, health, and use of information obtained through Alethos.
You agree not to disregard professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed advice because of information presented on this website or through a coaching service. Participation in coaching may involve reflection on difficult experiences, beliefs, relationships, emotions, behaviors, or life decisions. You are responsible for communicating relevant concerns and determining whether additional professional support is appropriate.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Testimonials, examples, program descriptions, educational content, and statements about potential benefits illustrate possibilities and do not guarantee that every person will experience the same result. Alethos does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, relational, financial, psychological, spiritual, or behavioral outcome.
8. Website Content
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Although Alethos aims to provide thoughtful and accurate material, content may be incomplete, may become outdated, or may not apply to an individual situation. No website content should be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Alethos name, branding, written content, frameworks, assessments, coaching inventories, diagrams, exercises, workbooks, guided practices, recordings, videos, course materials, program structures, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Alethos and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access public website content for personal, noncommercial use. Without prior written permission, you may not:
-

-
Sell, license, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit them;
-
Create trainings, assessments, programs, or derivative products based on them;
-
Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
-
Record or redistribute private sessions or program content; or
-
Use Alethos materials to train an artificial-intelligence system, language model, commercial knowledge base, or competing service.
Participation in an Alethos program does not transfer ownership of Alethos intellectual property.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website to:
-
Violate applicable law;
-
Submit false or misleading information;
-
Impersonate another person;
-
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
-
Introduce malicious code;
-
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract website content;
-

Alethos may restrict access when misuse is reasonably suspected.
11. Communications
When you submit an inquiry or request a conversation, you authorize Alethos to respond using the contact information you provide.
Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by law and applicable consent. You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe option provided in the message. Administrative communications related to an inquiry, scheduled service, payment, agreement, or active client relationship are not promotional communications.
12. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments made through the website are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase, the Alethos Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any applicable service agreement. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the stated charges. Alethos will not impose recurring charges unless the recurring nature of the payment arrangement has been disclosed and authorized.
13. Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to third-party platforms for scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, document storage, forms, analytics, or other functions. Alethos does not control every aspect of those platforms and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s policies.
14. Privacy
Collection and use of personal information are governed by the Alethos Privacy Policy. Do not submit highly sensitive medical, psychological, financial, or emergency information through a general website contact form unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its public content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Alethos does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alethos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from the use of—or inability to use—the public website or its general informational content. For a claim arising solely from use of the public website, Alethos’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the user specifically for the website content giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited and does not replace the liability provisions of an applicable signed service agreement.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising solely from use of this website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
18. Changes to These Terms
Alethos may update these Terms as the website, services, or legal requirements evolve. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
